Helena is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Special Group for Coaching Psychology, A Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and the Association of Business Psychologists. Helena has A BSc in Behavioural Sciences and a Masters in Mental Health (Organisational Psychology & Psychiatry) from King’s College, London, where she now holds the position of Coach in Residence. After completing her clinical training in New York, Helena moved back to the UK which is now home to her and her business. Helena is also a Non-Executive Director of the Advance Group. Helena is also a qualified Coaching Psychology Supervisor

Sandra has owned her own successful commercial business prior to entering the Social & Health care sector and from this has been able to lead on the business planning and review actives as both an internal and external consultant. Sandra is an Advanced Practitioner in Apter motivational & emotional profiling.
